I own multiple sets of interchangeable needles, but the only ones I use are Chiagoo. I started with bamboo, but the tips wore out and hurt my fingers and had to be replaced. Lykke was next; better than bamboo, but the tips still wore out. When I saw Chiagoo, I knew they were the solution. The metal tips have an excellent finish which is comfortable to work with and doesn't wear out, so there's no need to replace them. Yes, they cost more than other options, but these Chiagoo needles are the last ones I will have to buy--except for extra sets because I prefer leaving the needles in an unfinished project rather than removing them.

I purchased these so that I could knit sleeves in the round without resorting to double pointed needles, which I hate knitting with. It worked out perfectly. I could use the same cable from underarm to wrist and while the shorties take a little time to get used to in your fingers, it became easy within a few inches of knitting. The flexibility and smoothness of the cable is much appreciated. I recommend this product to all knitters.

The square clapper is great with smooth sides and ready for weighing down my quilt squares. The knob will be useful for moving around the thick clapper.

I bought knitting needles number 3 to the set,I like these needles because the line on them can be changed to any length! The joints in these needles are smooth and knitting moves well on these needles!

I’ve been in the process of changing all my circular needles over to ChiaoGoo. I wasn’t going to bother with the DPs because I liked the old ones I had well enough. But I needed an extra pair of 1s so ordered the ChiaoGoos. If my others were nice, these were amazing. They glide perfectly through the stitches with splitting and are so comfortable in your hands! I just received my 2nd order replacing all my DPs and the last few circulars I hadn’t gotten around to yet. I also love that Smartisans has the 8” mDOs in small sizes. I hadn’t found them anywhere else. That combined with excellent service, free shipping is a win, win.

I love this circular needle! It has turned knitting socks into a very efficient project! I am no longer having to deal with 3 needles while knitting the body or foot of a sock. I can just sit, knit, and enjoy the zen!
