We accept returns of most merchandise for any reason as long as you request a return within 30 days of the day you received your order, and ship the return within 10 days of it being approved.
Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label (which is generally significantly cheaper than paying for shipping yourself), and deduct that from the total to be refunded.
The prepaid shipping label is valid for 10 days from the date your return is approved.
Please ensure that the carrier receives your return within 10 days, otherwise the prepaid label will expire and the return will be cancelled.
If the fault is ours -- we mailed the wrong item or the item is damaged/defective -- we will do our best to correct the problem at our expense or refund in full. If we ask you to return a damaged or defective item, we will pay the cost of return shipping.
Otherwise, new merchandise must be returned in new condition. All items we send you must be returned unused by you and with any original manufacturer's packaging and enclosures. Books must be returned in new/unread condition. Due to copyright issues, we cannot accept returns of opened patterns, opened CDs, opened DVDs, or opened software.
We will issue a full or partial refund upon receipt of your return.
We will refund the full price you paid for the items you return, less a fee of $4.99 for orders that shipped with our free shipping option. If your order included a shipping charge, we do not refund that shipping charge. To qualify for this refund, you must return all items in their original condition and complete with all their original manufacturer's packaging and enclosures.
