We are in central Iowa, USA, and ship to all 50 states. We don’t currently ship to any other countries, but we expect to resume some international shipping soon. If you’re not in the USA and would like us to ship to you, please let us know through our Contact US page. We’ll add your request to our list and let you know as soon as we resume shipping to your country.

Shipping Options

ShipSmart Free and Discounted Shipping

We offer free shipping on most orders that total $35 or more. Here’s how it works.

Each product in your cart qualifies either for free shipping or discounted shipping when your order totals $35 or more. The Shipping Information section on each product page tells you whether the product qualifies for free shipping (most products) or discounted shipping (certain bulky, oversized, or fragile products).

To receive free and discounted shipping, add products totaling $35 or more to your Cart. Click Checkout and select the SmartShip option from the list of shipping options available for your order.

$4.99 Flat Rate Shipping

If your order totals less than $35, we offer a $4.99 flat-rate shipping option except when your cart contains certain bulky, oversized, or fragile products.

Other Shipping Options

No matter what your order totals, you can choose from a variety of shipping options via UPS and USPS. Enter your state and zip code in the Cart to see the price for each of these options. Prices will vary depending on the type of shipping you choose and the distance from our address in Iowa to your shipping address. During checkout, you’ll choose a shipping option before clicking Continue to Payment.

Shipping Address Requirements

If you selected either the Flat-Rat or the SmartShip shipping option, we’ll choose how to ship your package. In that case, if you receive your mail through a PO Box, please list your physical address on shipping address line 1 and your PO Box on shipping address line 2. Assuming both addresses share the same zip code, that’s all we need. If the zip code for your PO Box is different from your physical address zip code, please note one address in the Cart’s Order Instructions and the other address in the Shipping address.

Handling Time

We generally ship the next business day (Monday through Friday) for items paid by Noon Central Time and two business days later otherwise. Occasionally, we take longer to ship. When that happens, you'll know before you buy because we will state the additional time needed in our handling time.

Delivery Time

We send most packages via First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. These typically arrive in about 2 - 5 business days. Unless you choose Priority Mail or UPS Ground, we send heavier books via Media Mail, with delivery in about 5 - 10 business days.
