Shipping Options
We are in central Iowa, USA, and ship to all 50 states and most other countries.
SmartShip Free Shipping
We offer free shipping to USA locations for most orders of $35 or more. Here’s how it works.
Most products qualify for free shipping when your order totals $35 or more. Certain bulky, oversized, or fragile products do not qualify for free shipping. The Shipping Information section on each product page indicates whether the product qualifies.
To receive free shipping, add products totaling $35 or more to your Cart. Click Checkout, then select the SmartShip option from the list of shipping options for your order.

$4.99 Flat Rate Shipping
If your order totals less than $35, we offer a $4.99 flat-rate shipping option. This option is not available for certain bulky, oversized, or fragile products.
Other Shipping Options
No matter what your order totals, you can choose from a variety of shipping options via UPS and USPS. Enter your state and zip code in the Cart to see the price for each option. Prices will vary depending on the type of shipping you choose and the distance from our address in Iowa to your shipping address. During checkout, you'll choose a shipping option before clicking Continue to Payment.
Shipping Address Requirements
If you selected SmartShip or Flat-Rate shipping: We'll choose whether to ship via USPS or UPS based on what works best for your package. Please provide both your physical address and PO Box (if applicable):
- Enter your physical address on shipping address line 1
- Enter your PO Box on shipping address line 2
If your PO Box has a different zip code than your physical address, please include both addresses in the Order Instructions field in your Cart.
If you selected a UPS shipping option: Enter your physical street address. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
If you selected a USPS shipping option: Enter the address where you receive your mail (either your physical address or PO Box).
Handling Time
We ship the next business day (Monday through Friday) for items paid by 11:00 AM Central Time and in two business days for items paid after 11:00 AM Central Time. This handling time applies to ALL orders, even those with an expedited shipping option.
Occasionally, we take longer to ship. When that happens, you'll know before you buy because we will state the additional time needed as a special note in this section.
Weekend note: Orders placed after 11:00 AM Central Time on Saturday and anytime Sunday will not ship until Tuesday.
Holiday note: When the post office is closed for a holiday, that day does not count toward handling time. Orders that would normally ship that day will ship the next business day.
Delivery Time
For USA locations, we send most packages via First Class Mail, Parcel Select Ground, Priority Mail, UPS Ground Saver, or UPS Ground. These typically arrive in about 2-5 business days.
Unless you choose an expedited shipping option, we send most books via Media Mail, with delivery in about 5-10 business days.
