You don't need an account to earn points, but you will need to create one to redeem the points you earned before creating an account.

Points are attributed to the email address you used when placing an order or completing a qualifying event.

Here's an example:

Let's say you purchase a new set of knitting needles that are on sale for $150.

You'll earn 750 points for the purchase. The points are awarded based on the sale price, not the before-discount price.

Paid shipping and sales tax do not award points.

Your points will be awarded within 12 - 24 hours of placing your order.

If, after 24 hours, you don't see your points reflected in your balance, send us an email, and we'll check on it.

Yes, points expire one year from the date they were earned.

If you need to make a return, we understand.

Points that you earned based on money spent will be automatically removed when you're refunded that money as part of the returns process.

If you return your entire order, any points earned for that order will be removed. If you do a partial return, the removal will be partial, and you'll still keep the points for the portion of your order you paid for.

Share that link with your friends or family members. You can share the link with as many people as you want, but to be eligible, the folks you refer must be brand new customers who have not visited the site before.

When they click the link, they'll see a message asking them to input their email address. When they do, they will receive a $5 coupon immediately. Once they make their purchase, you'll receive your coupon for referring them.

Note that you may only redeem one coupon code per order, the coupon only applies to orders over $20.

Once you've successfully referred a friend you'll both receive your referral coupons. Simply enter the coupon at checkout!

Crafter is the next tier, earned at 2,000 points. You'll receive a $10 gift card and a $5 off coupon.

Artisan is our premier rewards tier, earned at 3,000 points. You'll receive a $25 gift card and a $10 off coupon.

You're welcome to use the gift cards and coupons yourself, or share them with a friend!

The tiers are based upon how many points you earn throughout the year, not based on your current balance. That means you can redeem your points at your convenience and it will not effect your VIP tier.

Here's how it works in practice:

If you earn the Artisan tier this year, you'll keep that status for the remainder of this year and all of next year. At the end of next year, your total points earned that year will be reviewed to determine your tier going forward.
