The Feathered Friends sewing pattern by Annie Unrein for ByAnnie is a five-piece accessory set designed specifically for the Singer Featherweight 221/222 and equally useful for other small sewing machines. The pattern includes three zippered bags in graduated sizes, a dual-purpose Bed Sleeve and Thread Catcher, and a vinyl-topped protective pad, all sized and shaped to work together as a coordinated system inside the companion Stitcher's Suitcase travel bag.
What You'll Make:
- Zippered Bag Trio: Three structured bags in small, medium, and large sizes, each opening along three sides for full visibility and easy access. Use them to organize cords, a foot pedal, bobbins, tools, notions, thread, and more.
- Bed Sleeve & Thread Catcher: A padded sleeve sized to fit the fold-up bed extension of a Singer Featherweight 221/222. Snaps to the Vinyl Pad to convert into a thread catcher while you sew.
- Vinyl Pad: A protective pad with a vinyl top surface that fits beneath the machine and safeguards your work surface. Two design options are included. Optional snap tabs hold the Thread Catcher in place.
