For sashiko and other long running stitches worked with a long needle, this Clover thimble is a dimpled metal plate on an adjustable ring. The ring adjusts to any finger size.

How to Use It
Sashiko is Japanese hand-stitching rooted in the mending traditions of rural Edo-period Japan, worked in running stitch with heavy cotton thread. Adjust the ring to fit your finger and wear it with the plate on the palm side, as the drawing on Clover's card shows. Rest the eye end of the needle against the dimpled plate and push while you stitch. Clover makes the plate for use with thick needles.

Fit and Limits
