Description
Trace circles in 12 sizes, from 1/4 inch to 3 inches in 1/4 inch steps, through the openings of one flexible plastic stencil. Creative Grids lists it for applique circles, berries, flower centers, yo-yos, and button covers.
What's Included
One plastic stencil, 6 3/4 x 10 inches. This listing does not include fabric or a marking tool.
How to Use It
Choose the opening for the size you need and trace around the inside with a marking tool. A printed label beside each opening gives its diameter. The eight larger circles, 1 1/4 to 3 inches, each have eight tick marks around the opening to help with placement. Creative Grids placed three of the holes so the stencil fits in a notebook.
Perfect For
- Small applique circles, berries, and flower centers
- Circles for yo-yos
- Circles for button covers
- A circle stencil that stores in a notebook
Fit and Limits
The stencil traces circles from 1/4 inch to 3 inches. It is thin template plastic that bends, not a rigid acrylic ruler. The four smallest circles, 1/4 inch to 1 inch, have no tick marks. Creative Grids publishes no instructions sheet for it. For acrylic circles that you cut around with a rotary cutter, use the Circles Set of 5, 2 1/2 to 6 1/2 inches, or Circle Savvy, 3 to 15 1/2 inches.
