A Foundation Paper Pieced (FPP) expansion pack that adds custom pieced straps and pockets to three ByAnnie backpacks. The foundation patterns and focal fabric templates turn a plain strap and front pocket into a colorful focal point, and coloring pages let you plan fabrics before you cut. The original ByAnnie backpack pattern is required and sold separately.
What the Pattern Includes
This listing is for the printed paper pattern. It contains foundation patterns and focal fabric templates for each pocket, padded strap panels sized per bag, cut charts, sample unit diagrams, coloring pages to audition fabrics, and finishing instructions. A coupon for the full-length $5 Add-On Video is included at no extra charge, with an FPP tutorial for the project.

- Coordinating thread (80 wt for foundation piecing; 50 wt or monofilament for appliqué)
- Lightweight letter-sized paper (foundation paper or newsprint) for copying the foundation patterns
- Fusible fleece for appliqué: ¼ yard
- Iron-on adhesive for appliqué: ¼ yard
