Pillow Talk is a collection of twenty-five pieced and appliqued pillows from Edyta Sitar of Laundry Basket Quilts. The designs span holidays, seasons, and everyday decor, from a Lone Star and a Liberty pillow to flowers, hearts, and a Ho Ho holiday pillow. Each pillow is a self-contained project that finishes in an evening or a weekend and shows off a different block or motif. The look is classic Laundry Basket, scrappy and colorful, equally at home traditional or modern.
What the Book Includes
This is the printed pattern book, not a kit or a finished pillow. Inside are twenty-five pillow patterns plus a bonus alphabet for lettering, with full-color photography, step-by-step diagrams, and Edyta's tutorials on her applique methods and pillow assembly. Fabric, pillow forms, and other supplies are not included.

A bonus alphabet lets you add names or initials. Finished sizes vary by pillow and are listed in the book.
What You'll Need
These pillows are made with conventional patchwork, applique, and a little paper piecing, all rotary-cut and machine-sewn. They use modest amounts of fabric and work well with fat quarters, precuts, and scraps, and the book lists exact fabric requirements for every design. A rotary cutter, mat, and ruler handle the cutting. You will also need pillow forms or stuffing to finish, which are not included.
