Description
For applique templates you print, fuse to fabric, and wash away, these are 15 printable, water-soluble sheets with fusible on one side. They take the place of freezer paper in hand and machine applique, so you do not have to cut the quilt or pull paper out after stitching. Beth Ferrier's book More! Hand Applique by Machine inspired them.
What's Included

How to Use It
Print applique patterns onto the sheets with an inkjet printer, or trace them, since the sheets are transparent enough to trace through. Stack, staple, and cut up to 6 sheets at once, or cut them in a fabric die-cutting system. Fuse the shiny side to the wrong side of the applique fabric and cut out the shape. Turn the edges under and stitch the applique to the background. Wash the finished piece in warm water to dissolve the sheets, or leave them in, and they soften over time.

Fit and Limits
C&T lists the sheets for inkjet printers. Fuse only the shiny side. For a design you stitch through by hand rather than an applique template, Sulky makes Stick 'n Stitch and WonderFil makes Rinse Away Design Sheets, both self-adhesive wash-aways.
